President, Association of Vietnamese Students and Young Professionals in New York (01/ 2022 to Current)
· Oversee cultural, athletic, artistic, and professional activities to foster community development.
· Collaborate with professional organizations and student associations in other states in diplomatic and networking activities.
· Assist students and young professionals with their paperwork by connecting with the Vietnam Embassy in the United States.
· Organize visits of Vietnamese senior government officials and business representatives.
· Successfully coordinated three major events since the beginning of the year, reaching a total of more than 30 national newspapers and television stations, and increasing audience involvement on social media by 300%.
General Secretary/ Head of Finance and External Affairs, Association of Vietnamese Students and Young Professionals in the United States (01/2022 to Current)
· Coordinate fundraising activities, oversee assigned budget, and process contract with stakeholders.
· Consult on the implementation of events, arrange personnel, and supervise activities of Vietnamese student associations in 31 states across America.
· Work cooperatively with the Vietnam Embassy in the United States, sponsors, and representatives of Vietnamese student associations in other countries.
· Design and implement leadership development programs to assist students in gaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform leadership roles.
